Dr. Sihan Waghid, MBChB (Stell), PG Dip (Stell), FC (Derm) SA, MMed (UCT)
As a specialist dermatologist located in the picturesque Vines of Constantia in Cape Town, I am truly passionate about dermatology and always prioritize the care of my patients with evidence-based medicine.
In 2012, I completed my MBChB at Stellenbosch University and went on to qualify as a medical doctor after completing three years of internship and community service. After this, I spent two years as a medical officer in emergency medicine and also completed a post-graduate diploma in HIV and AIDS management at Stellenbosch University in 2017.
I completed my dermatology specialization at Groote Schuur Hospital where I managed a busy clinic and dermatology ward, treating various skin conditions such as eczema, psoriasis, infections, auto-immune disease, drug reactions, and skin cancer. I became a fellow of the College of Dermatologists (SA) in 2021 and earned my Master’s degree specializing in Dermatology at the University of Cape Town in 2022.
To stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in dermatology, I strive to attend regular Dermatology congresses and am a member of the Dermatological Society of South Africa and the South African Society of Dermatological Surgery.
As a conscientious, impassioned, and dedicated specialist in Medical and Surgical Dermatology, I am committed to providing the highest level of care to all of my patients.

Unfortunately we do not allow walk-ins without prior appointment. Please contact us to schedule your appointment.
Where is your practice located?
Our practice is located on the Corner of Doordrift Road and Loerie Close in Constantia.
How much do you charge for your services?
We charge rates outside medical aid rates and expect payment to be made on the day of your appointment. You will receive an invoice on the day and may submit the claim to your medical aid.
Is parking available at your practice?
Yes, parking is available on site.
What are your opening hours?
We are open from 8:30 am to 4:00 pm from Monday to Thursday, and from 8:30 am to 1:00 pm on Friday.
